About the role
Our Cadet Program offers a hands-on introduction to the Transportation Industry, with the opportunity to explore multiple career pathways through rotations in various departments. You will be staying 2 – 3 weeks in each team to explore your interests, including customer service, radio dispatching, network management, finance and credit, account management, marketing etc. You will also have the opportunity to work in the depot on the AM/PM shifts to experience the flow of the freight including Linehaul, PUD, 3PL etc.

The position is ideal for students with Transport Management degree looking for the opportunity to gain hands on experience. But we want you for your career.
You will need to:
- Be passionate about the Transportation Industry
- Have recently finished university, students who completed a transport related degree will be highly preferred.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have great time management skills.
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Have previous experience in transportation industry will be an advantage but not essential.
