Notice:  Agent Communication POD Upload Delay

We are pleased to let you know that the data communication system that is used by our agents is now online as of 09:30am Fri 28 November.

Over the next few business days, there may be a delay before PODs (proof-of-delivery) are visible in the Allied Express portal and tracking system.

While we work through the backlog and complete the upload process, we kindly ask that you limit delivery queries to only those PODs that are urgent or being requested of your customers.

Thank you for your patience and understanding – we are working to get all PODs uploaded as soon as possible.
