Important Message
Allied Express is currently experiencing some volume-related delivery delays following the Black Friday promotions and on-line sales activity.
We’re working through these volumes quickly and expect delivery performance to return to normal levels by the 3rd week of December.
We’re aware that deliveries in the NSW South Coast and Newcastle regions are experiencing some longer delays of up to 1 week. The areas affected are Wollongong, Nowra, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, and Southern Highlands to the south, and in the Newcastle and Tamworth regions to the north.
Similar delivery issues are also being experienced in Tasmania, with delays of 1-2 days occurring in main centres, and delays up to 3-4 days occurring in outer areas.
Our agents in these areas are working hard to catch-up, and they also expect to return to normal levels by the 3rd week of December.
We’re aware that some deliveries may be incomplete as some items have been received and processed at a different time and are still on the move. These can be expected within 48hrs-72hrs of the first delivery – we appreciate your patience as we work through these timing differences.
Now that December is well underway, it’s important for customers to be checking the cut-off dates for delivery to be completed before Christmas Day –
Christmas Cut-Off Dates for 2025
These vary by sending and receiving areas, so check and plan early to ensure your delivery is completed on time.
Thank you for your understanding.
