Ex Tropical Cyclone Narelle has moved out of the Northern Territory however the river levels at Katherine Bridge could exceed major floods levels which will cut access off to Darwin.
There are still backlogs for Darwin from the previous flooding at Katherine and these expect to be caught up by Easter.
