Business Analyst

You will report to the Business Analyst Manager. You will be responsible for data analysis, report generation and review, and managing, processing and ensuring policy compliance with the following:

Assisting in various internal projects
Responsible for revenue management
Weekly customer credit note requests, investigation and resolution
Assist with pricing model for response to tenders with solid knowledge of Allied products, services, procedures and processes
Provide assistance with transport solutions and pricing nationally for all new and existing customers
Back up for other position within team
Preparation of daily and weekly KPI reports for both external and internal customers
Production of weekly manual major customer invoices
Admin ADHOC

The successful candidate will:

Have advanced Excel spreadsheet knowledge and experience;
1-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
Have a professional attitude;
Have initiative, drive and passion to succeed;
Be able to meet strict deadlines;
Must be able to solve problems;
Have good communication skills and be a team player
