Delivery Update – Weather Impacts in NSW and QLD

QLD:

Due to flooding and road closures between Sydney and Brisbane we’re expecting there will be delivery delays of up to 2 days that will be impacting freight movements in and out of Queensland over the rest of this week and through to early next week. Further updates will be provided as the situation changes.

Newcastle and Central Coast

Due to recent heavy rain and flooding in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, North Coast, Taree, Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Lismore, Tamworth, Port Macquarie and North Gosford regions, access to some areas is restricted and may lead to delivery delays this week and early next week. Deliveries continue to be completed where access remains open, but some areas are currently cut-off and all delivery activity is suspended.

Sydney Metro:

Due to heavy rain in Sydney Metro area, we are experiencing delays in some areas due to flush flooding.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and making every effort to complete deliveries when roads reopen and it’s safe to access these areas.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The NBL1 Basketball League gives these athletes the chance to challenge themselves against Australian representatives, such as the likes of Lauren Jackson.

“It isn’t about winning or losing when you come up against Lauren, it is the fact that we get to be on the same court as her and compete.” says Inner West Bulls.

The Basketball Women’s World Cup 2022 continues this week with our Juniors back court side to stand with the Australian Opals as the take on their opponents for their finals journey.
